Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College

Alton Hudgins graduated from ABAC in 1975 and joined the staff in 1993 as the intramural sports director. He also coached ABAC's only intercollegiate volleyball team from 1995-98. The Fillies finished second in Region XVII of the National Junior College Athletic Association three times before winning the state title in 1998, when he was also named Coach of the Year. Hudgins also coached the ABAC women's tennis team from 2002-05, winning a state title each year. His team finished seventh in the national tournament in 2002 and fifth in 2003.
