DECATUR, Ala. -
Kinley Snider earned Southern States Athletic Conference First-Team All-Conference in softball and the Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College Fillies earned a prestigious team award this week at the league's banquet.
ABAC earned the SSAC's prestigious Sportsmanship Award winner for the 2026 season.
Through Thursday, Snider was hitting a team-high .379, additionally leading in slugging percentage (.500), hits and total bases. Snider has 18 RBIs and 10 doubles and one home run. She's also a .986 fielder with more putouts (264) than the next two Fillies combined.
Snider was additionally one of three Fillies named to the SSAC All-Freshman Team, along with
Ansleigh Darby and
Shelby Smith.
Carter Gore was the Fillies' representative to the Champions of Character Team.
Smith has shown incredible timing for big hits and currently boasts a .310 average.
Gore has a team-best two home runs and is one of two seniors on the squad.
ABAC also had 12 players earn Athletic Solutions All-Academic Team:
