MONTGOMERY, Ala. - Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College tennis teams have a big four days ahead of them as they play four Southern States Athletic Conference teams.
In Alabama, ABAC's men and women will face off versus William Carey, Loyola, Mobile and Tennessee Southern from Thursday-Sunday.
These matches will be the 2026 SSAC debuts for both the Fillies and Stallions. Only ABAC and Loyola have yet to play to play any SSAC opponents so far. Six men's and six women's teams compete in the conference.
ABAC was to have made its league debut March 15, but their matches with Tennessee Southern were postponed because of weather.

Thursday, March 19: William Carey (10 a.m.)
Friday, March 20: Loyola (1 p.m.)
Saturday, March 21: Mobile (2 p.m.)
Sunday, March 22: Tennessee Southern (11 a.m.)
Both
Chloe Bray and
Cruz Yanez have won SSAC Player of the Week honors in 2026.
Against countable opponents, Yanez has a 6-4 singles mark and is 2-8 in doubles.
Benjamin Ranby-Al is 3-7 in singles. ABAC's most successful doubles combination has been
Jules Zanarelli and
Luka Blache, who are 3-7.
Bray has the best singles record for the Fillies at 4-6 and with
Denisa Alexie Raducu has a pair of doubles wins.
Kiera Youssef has won twice at singles.
After the four days in Alabama, ABAC will not play again until April 4, a home match for the Fillies and Stallions against SCAD-Savannah.
