TIFTON, Ga. -
Reese Riddle continues to be hot for the Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College Fillies basketball team, earning her another selection as Player of the Week.
Head coach
Charles Wimberly said Riddle was selected for her performance both offensively and defensively versus Faulkner and Mobile.
"Reese played outstanding defense, holding Mobile's top player to just 4 points," said Wimberly, "and played outstanding offense."
Riddle scored 27 points in playing 40 minutes in the Fillies' near-win over Mobile (77-73). The points came on 11-of-20 field goals, including a three-pointer, and 4-of-6 from the line. She had 5 rebounds and 3 steals.
Against Faulkner, Riddle scored 13 points, with 3 rebounds. All of her boards were on the offensive glass.
ABAC travels to Loyola and William Carey later this week.
