TIFTON, Ga. - The Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College Fillies deliver a gift this evening before the 2025 holiday break - the gift of basketball.
The Fillies take on Trinity College of Jacksonville tonight at 6 p.m. at Gressette Gymnasium.
ABAC (3-7) is coming off a strong performance against Georgia Gwinnett College. After the Grizzlies won a 93-53 game earlier in the season, the Fillies kept the visitors on their toes throughout before dropping a 77-67 finish.
Trinity (4-4) defeated Beacon College Friday 75-52, a similar score to ABAC's a few days earlier against the same team (72-47).
Beacon is the only opponent in common the schedule between the two schools. ABAC has swept Beacon, both by commanding scores.
Not only is this the last chance to see ABAC before the holidays, it will be the last chance to see them at Gressette for a month.
When the Fillies return to action in 2026, they play road games at Brewton-Parker, Point and College of Coastal Georgia before coming home Jan. 15 against Loyola.
