TIFTON - Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College's Fillies soccer team will begin their regular season Aug. 29, in an 11 a.m. home match on campus versus New College of Florida.

New College's Mighty Banyans were 2-13-1 in 2025. This will be the teams' first meeting. Following New College, ABAC is home Tuesday, Sept. 1 at 5 p.m. against Reinhardt University.

ABAC played three scrimmages over Aug. 11-20, the second of which saw them start clicking on offense.

Head coach Chris Earls highlighted a pair of Fillies for the Southern States Athletic Conference's Women's Soccer Players to Watch. Earls' choices were junior forward Luz Roblero-Garcia and freshman midfielder Audry Bray.

Bray, he said, "has a high soccer IQ," which she combines with superior passing and technical skills. Roblero-Garcia has excellent field awareness. As a sophomore, she had an assist.

Elsewhere on the field, Kambree Burns logged the most preseason time as goalkeeper, with Madison Black and Nora Isaacson also available in net.

The Fillies will have four non-conference games before moving into their SSAC slate on Sept. 12. This contest will be versus Wesleyan College, which joined the SSAC in July.
