MONTGOMERY, Ala. - Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College's Stallions are getting some attention in the 2026-27 Southern States Athletic Conference Men's Golf Coaches' Preseason Poll.

ABAC received one first-place vote in the poll, which was released Thursday by the league. Overall, coaches ranked the Stallions seventh in the 11-team conference.

Dalton State, No. 1 in the poll, received 10 first-place votes. Only ABAC and the Roadrunners received first place consideration. Blue Mountain Christian and William Carey round out the top three in the SSAC poll.

The Stallions will play a fall schedule, but will have to wait until April 2027 to compete for the SSAC conference championship.
