TIFTON, Ga. - Faulkner University swung hot bats Friday and Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College could not keep up in an 11-6 Southern States Athletic Conference loss.
Faulkner homered four times, including two times by Edrien Martinez.
ABAC went up 3-1 in the 1st inning.
Dylan Davis provided the first run, singling in
Quinten Rawls.
Cameron Campbell homered, scoring Davis.
Faulkner hit back-to-back homers in the 3rd to tie it at 3.
Chasin Cash gave the Stallions a brief 4-3 lead on his RBI single that brought Davis home.
Martinez's homer was part of a 2-run 4th that put the Eagles up to stay. They scored 1 in the 6th, 2 in the 7th, and 3 more in the 8th.
ABAC got two back in the bottom of the 9th during a rally.

Joe Cooney plated
Zack Bowman for the final run.
Davis went a perfect 3-for-3 on the day with 2 RBIs. Campbell had 2 hits and 2 RBIs. The Stallions stole 7 bases.
Reigh Jordan and
Drew Hurst split pitching duties, combining to fan 11.
ABAC played a doubleheader with Faulkner Saturday.
