Blake Williams

Blake Williams is in his second season as the head baseball coach of the Stallions. Prior to ABAC, he spent 15 years at Andrew College in Cuthbert, two years as an assistant coach and 13 years as the head coach. He left Andrew College as the winningest coach in the program's history, taking the Tigers to their first conference championship in 2021 and winning it again in 2023, when his team advanced to the NJCAA Division 1 World Series. During his first season (2025) at the helm of the ABAC Stallions program they set a record for the most wins in a season with 38 victories. They also advanced to a NAIA regional in 2025 making it all the way to the championship game falling just short for a bid to the World Series.

Williams is a 2001 graduate of Oconee County High School in Watkinsville, Ga. In high school, he lettered in baseball and basketball. He had a very successful college baseball career at Southern Union Community College before finishing at Emmanuel College. A starting infielder all four years, he finished his career with an impressive .346 batting average. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology - Sports Management before obtaining his Master's Degree in Physical Education.

He has coached several All-Americans, national Gold Glove recipients, academic All-Americans, and many All-Conference Award winners. In 2023, Williams was named the NJCAA Appalachian District Coach of the Year after leading his team to the Junior College World Series. Williams holds the distinction now for winning the most games in a regular season at his two head coaching stops. He is excited to guide the Stallions as a NAIA member and continue to move the program forward.

Williams and his wife Kayla have three daughters - Kori, Payton, and Ryleigh.
